The Expanding Man - Tribute To Steely Dan Jacksonville Concert reviews
Back to Basics
"Mr Duvall's interactions with the crowd were very impressive. The Expanding Man - Tribute To Steely Dan was tolerable, sound wise it lacked. I was not familiar with much of the BGWTB album as I was with the earlier works. I would highly recommend an AIC concert to any one who finds they like their music. After being at a show in '93, this was a rebirth for me due to my son discovering AI's, and it was well worth it. The band sounds as crisp as they did back in the day. I was very impressed with Mr Duvall doing an adequate job filling in for the departed Mr Staley. Overall, the venue was very impressive and Jerry can still play. I enjoyed my experience, and Mike appeared to be his usual self. It has been some time since I've seen a lead singer meld with the crowd as he did."
